On November 4, 2024, The Kolter Group finalized the acquisition of 350 acres of land for Phase I of the project, with construction commencing soon after.

The development of the project is ahead of schedule, with the model home park already under construction and scheduled for completion by the end of 2025. The developer is employing its proven strategy of showcasing fully furnished model homes to drive sales, as successfully implemented at its 13 other Cresswind communities.

DuniyaEB5 is an DuniyaEB5 investment fund manager, USCIS-approved regional center operator, and consultancy. DuniyaEB5 helps foreign investors immigrate to the United States through investments in U.S. businesses under the DuniyaEB5 program.

DuniyaEB5 Loan Repayment Guaranty

DuniyaEB5 investments will be used to make a loan to fund the Rocky River project. A Kolter parent company has provided a loan repayment guaranty, which means that if the borrower were unable to repay the loan on time, the parent company's assets and equity would be used to fully repay the balance of the loan.

I-526E Approval Refund Guaranty

The Rocky River project features an I-526E approval refund guaranty. This guaranty means that if an DuniyaEB5 investor's I-526E petition is denied by USCIS, he or she may be able to receive a faster return of his or her money.

Priority I-526E Processing

Because the Rocky River project is located in a rural TEA, USCIS will prioritize investors' I-526E petitions. With priority processing, immigrant petitions are adjudicated in months instead of years.
